A consultant and his wife in Darien had hallway storage that needed to double-function as a pantry and storage for items heading outside. This mullti-function space needed to be rethought. The Matt Baier Organizing team first looked at the number of coats in the space. Those were reviewed and purged, freeing up pantry space. They established dedicated zones for food, cleaning supplies, beach towels, and items heading out the door, like sunglasses. They also streamlined the recycling process. This high traffic area can now circulate at the speed of life.
