Yes. Not all organizing companies are, but our clients’ trust and comfort is of paramount importance.
Are the organizers on your team sub contractors or employees?
All of the organizers on the Matt Baier Organizing team are employees and have been trained in the Matt Baier Method. No matter which team member you get, he or she will work in the same, reliable, consistent, successful method.

What is the advantage of the team approach?
As a solo organizer, the organizer’s focus is split between all the physical work that needs to happen and the necessary conversation with you. With a team approach, you can focus your conversation on the team manager, but meanwhile all the physical work can continue with the assistant(s), ensuring a really great momentum.
